Tim Ho Wan, Sham Shui Po. Hong Kong.
So excited to try those famous 1 Michelin pork buns after reading and hearing so many good reviews. And wow, those pork buns are crazy, they tasted so damn good when served. Crispy and sweet on the outside, those pork buns were so so satisfying and worth it. We dined in, and were lucky there wasn't any queue when we reached. Decided not to go to the Mongkok branch because everyone says they have the longest queues. Thus, decided to take the train a few stops to Sham Shui Po, got lost awhile but finally, when you get to eat those pork buns hot from the oven served in front of you, its worth it all. A day before leaving Hong Kong, we couldn't get enough of these delicious buns, decided to head to the other outlet at Hong Kong MTR station to take away more to eat before heading to Victoria Peak. Wish there was more time to dine in for a second time, oh well, its a must must try! Yes yes, it recently opened back home in sunny island too but I'm glad I got to try it in authentic Hong Kong.
